ABOUT ME
I’m Sophia Duarte, a Marketing student at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Phi. I lead brand strategy, social media, partnerships, recruitment marketing, merchandise, and creative direction for a 330+ member chapter.
Through this role, I’ve built hands-on experience developing campaigns from concept through execution, leading a seven-member marketing team, managing partnerships with 20+ beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands, and using audience insights and performance data to guide creative strategy.
I’m especially interested in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer marketing, where brand identity, social strategy, partnerships, and culture come together. I’m currently seeking Summer 2027 opportunities in brand marketing, social media, partnerships, events, and integrated marketing.
